Happy Thanksgiving to all

I wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving holiday. I am truly blessed, and wish all of humanity could be so. My wife is home from California, where she works, and my son and his fiance came in last night unexpectedly (they live in Bowie, MD). I am going to try to "eat mindfully" today as I enjoy my great family.
