Up next, Health 2.0 WinterTech 2016

IHI & HARVARD ANNOUNCE A FREE HEALTH CARE QI COURSE

Commencing January 20th.

Continuing Ed credits available should you need them. Having been an ASQ CQE and having had the Brent James QI training at Intermountain Health Care (and having cut my QC/QA/QI teeth on Deming in the 80's), it looks pretty familiar to me. Probably time will-spent for a lot of staff. A good jumping-in place for QI novices, who would then do well to go on and immerse themselves in Lean methods.
