I am confident that I speak for many...

Crazy day in the courts and media today. Still unclear as to the verifiable upshot(s) of the multiple DOJ and Trump tactical moves regarding the former President's multiple indictments. I will await credible clarification prior to posting much more.

UPDATE: Yeah. Title II, Federal Code of Criminal Procedure, 2021 edition. If you come to arraignment via summons (rather than physical arrest), you will be equivalently "Mirandized" by the presiding magistrate judge during your appearance.

Mr. Trump now publicly denies having been aware that he'd lost the 2020 election. This will be a core component of his trial-by-media-PR strategy going forward, in addition to his Advice-of-Counsel gambit.
