HPEC: Humanitarian Physicians Empowerment Community

The Founder reached out to me. After a brief phone conversation, I thought her company merited a preliminary uncritical shout. I pointed her to some HealthTech people with better SME chops than mine.

Detailed study to ensue ASAP. Looks to be blockchain-based tech.
